In this third lesson of The Mausoleum series, I move on to building the tombs in 3DS Max and V-Ray. Along the way, I also tweak the scene, adjust some measurements, and refine the camera setup. It’s a straightforward step, but an important part of progressing toward a fully detailed architectural visualization. In the next lesson, we’ll begin working on textures and materials.

The HDRI I use in this tutorial is available for free (non-commercial use) from Viz People. You can download it here: Viz People Free HDRI Maps

At Leon51 we focus on architectural visualization, mainly in London, but also around the globe, as well as photorealistic rendering, and archviz workflows that help you create professional results in your own projects.

The youtube tutorial you can find here.
